The promise
Your original photo is used once to generate your look, then deleted.
What happens to your photo

The original upload is removed from our server as soon as it is prepared for the AI service.

Only the generated result appears in My Looks.

Full policy
Why we ask for a photo
We use your photo for one purpose: to show you how the garment and design you chose could look on you in ALBARKA Mirror.
Who processes it
To create the look, we send your photo to a third-party AI image service (Replicate). The service processes it for that request under its own terms and privacy policy. We send it only for generating your look.
How long we keep it
Original photo: not stored by us. It is deleted from our server as soon as it has been prepared for the AI service, normally within seconds.
Generated looks: kept in your account so you can view, order or share them, until you delete them.
When it is deleted
You can delete any saved look yourself at any time from My Looks. To delete your account and everything linked to it, contact us; we act on the request within 7 days.
AI training
We do not use your photos or generated looks to train AI models, and we do not authorise the service provider to do so on our behalf.
Advertising
We will not use your photos or looks in advertising or on social media unless you give us clear, separate permission first.
Your contact details
We use your phone or WhatsApp number only for your looks and orders.
Asking us to delete your data
Use the Contact page or WhatsApp and tell us which account or look to remove. We will confirm when it is done.
